"Extremely well. Come to find out that #1 and #2 were both on the same GFCI circuit and I didn't know how to reset it. #3 was due to a damaged sensor plate. The light now works when it's turned on using its light switch, but the automatic sensor portion must be replaced which is a simple fix. The gentlemen were great and went out of their way to address all my concerns as a first time homeowner. My only gripe - good luck in calling and expecting a timely response. I purposely called the vendor before I purchased the service to ensure that they serviced my area. I called 3x and left messages and hadn't heard back from anyone. I was in the process of getting another vendor when Transform finally called back. Our discussion went well and I decided to go ahead and purchase the deal. However no one ever got back to me to confirm my requested appointment. I again had to call them a few times and didn't hear back. I finally emailed them to tell them if they couldn't honor the appointment then please let me know so I could use another company. I finally got a prompt reply. I told the gentlemen about the annoyance and asked what had happened. They apologized and admitted that they were pretty busy and weren't able to get back to customers as they should have - this is totally understandable. Otherwise Transform did fantastic work. Would I use them again? I'll answer this way - if I call them and have to leave a message and no one gets back to me by the next business day (either phone or email), then no."

The space previously had a bare ceiling. He was flexible with his schedule and was able to complete the work the following week. He and his assistant Chris were polite, clean, and did solid work in a timely manner. Upon completion, I asked Jeffrey about another, more challenging project of installing two additional ceiling fans in a space with a 15' cathedral ceiling. Again, he was able to quickly give me a reasonable quote and did not bat an eye at the difficulty of the job. Other electricians I have asked have refused the project just upon hearing the height of the ceilings. I have already recommended Jeffrey and Chris to two of my neighbors who are looking to have similar electrical work done, and we will definitely use them again in the future!"
