He never sent the kitchen layout and when my family looked over the contract, he stated that he had to remove counter tops and there were none to remove and the work that he was going to do was not what he stated. He texted that he was going to call me back and never did."

"When the provider placed the new floor over the linoleum and old floor my husband asked him ( on several occasions) to remove the linoleum and not put new floor over it as stated in the contract. The provider said that if he had to do that he would rather take his tools and his crew and leave. The new floor installed is higher than the others because it was installed without removing what was under. A request for a second payment was made and we asked for the floor situation to be rectified and the linoleum removed. The provider has refused to do this and has stopped the project until the second payment is made. His intent is to leave floor as it is. We are happy to provide a second payment when the linoleum is removed and the new floor is installed. We also want to ensure that moldings purchased are also installed, floors are stained and pending closet is sanded and stained prior to the final payment ."
