"We used Hugo and Polanco Brothers last April for a Spring Cleanup, and we were in desperate need for one this season, but had to wait until June to get it done. We called him to return to do the job again and we have to say he continues to provide the Best Landscape Maintenance Experience Imaginable. There was a tree that needed to be removed this time, as well as a major clean up and lawn care in the front and back yards. They worked non stop for three hours and made the property look as if we had just moved in. An INCREDIBLE job. They were completely professional, prompt, and thorough. They did little things we didn't even ask for, like move our firewood pile, remove all debris, and make everything so neat and clean, it was stunning. And this, all for exactly the price that was quoted in the estimate. WHICH WAS INCREDIBLY LOW for the amount of work. The value / cost ratio was first rate. You don't get this kind of friendly and expert service for this kind of price. Never once did he try to up sell us, or suggest something that we hadn't asked for. We will NEVER use anyone else. "Our Loading Dock and Parking Lot was packed with snow which ultimately turned to ice. Unable to receive deliveries staff couldn't enter to park. I reached out to Angi online and i almost immediately was contacted by East Coast Creative Landscaping. Manuel came out to view the scope of the work quoted me a reasonable price and I received the written quote/Invoice, and Manuel was on site the very next morning. I must say how impressed i was with the quality of and professionalism of the work done by Manuel and his team. His friendly demeanor was the icing on the cake. I would Highly recommend this company. "Michael was extremely accomodating and thorough in explaining what was going to happen with the foam stucco we wanted on our house. the workers did a beautiful job. we also wanted new gutters and michael was able to get someone to do the job for us. however, we never received a paid invoice regarding the gutter job. Job was done in April 2024, now is august 2024. even after multiple texts and calls. we never received an invoice. when Michael asked for payments we never hesitated to pay. We would like a paid invoice for gutter job."
