"My wife and I purchased a home in desperate need of a refresh and hired Phil and the crew at G&M Construction Group to renovate about 75% of our home including removing load bearing walls, renovating the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, basement, floors and more. First off Phil and his crew are some of the most professional people I’ve worked with.. always on time, seemingly always available, preparing quotes quickly, full in depth explanations.. the list goes on. Equally important, he is incredibly knowledgeable. We had a million questions and concerns and he was there to answer them all. He respectfully steered us away from things that in hindsight would have been a total disaster, but was respectful of the few things we could not budge on. The attention to detail was remarkable. "I had them to redo my whole roof 1.5 year ago and I found a piece of shingle fell off recently. I contacted the owner and they stood behind their work and promise. He quickly scheduled a follow-up and sent his team to fix it in a short period of time. In these days you can easily find any contractors do the work and work away with your money. However once the job is done, you will never see them again when there are any issues. This will not happen to Hi Tech Contracting as they are professional, responsible and trustworthy.
