He even informed me about my shingles potentially being a part of a class action suit that could result in a small settlement. He also found wind damage to my roof that somehow the other 3 contractors missed. William and Pam met with my insurance adjuster and to my surprise the roof of the house was covered because of the wind damage. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule.
