"JW was quick to respond to my initial request for a quote for the removal of a dead evergreen. He came within a few days and did the work on this tree. We discussed the work needed on the large maple tree. He worked with me on dates to have the work done. His team did a good job on the tree, was careful not to hit the house with any of the branches as they were removed. Did a good clean up job. I especially liked that they used a bucket truck to get to the high branches instead of climbing the tree with spikes. I would hire this company again with no hesitation."

"They were very professional and nice. I kind of felt double-teamed - two guys showed up in two separate trucks. They wanted to put 13 piers around my house to fix the problem. The price for a pier is not a bad thing but it seemed an awfully extreme fix for what I had asked them to come out for. I?ve gotten their calls weekly possibly from the guy wanting to know if we had made any decisions yet on what we were going to do. I think they are a harder sell maybe than the other ones I talked to. We have had a couple of people tell us that there is no way we need that extensive work done, so I would probably not consider using them."
