"This moving company offered exceptional service with a four man crew. All of them were friendly and very professional. My crew members were Fredo, Mario, Lalo, and Dre. AI estimated my move would take between 7-8 hours, but this crew of superhumans knocked it out in 5.5 hours without breaking or scratching a thing. They wrapped many of our items to ensure everything was well protected and managed to fit our 4 bedroom (plus office) home in one load in a 26 foot truck! "The actual work was ok although the movers didn't follow instructions well.  The problem was they were so late that we had to pay for another day on the rental truck.  I called them several times in the days before the move, to stress how important it was for us to be finished in time to get the truck back and was assured that there was no problem.  They showed up 2.5 hours late and we had to pay for an extra day on the truck.  Afterwards, I asked them to reimburse me for the extra day for the truck and they wouldn't.

They moved my furniture wherever I wanted without any complaint about all the stairs, helped put my grandfather clock back together after I took it apart, removed artwork from a wall that I couldn't reach and offered to help me out wherever they thought I could use it. I got Ron as the crew leader and he was very good at making a terrible moving situation into a stressfree experience. By the way, our relocation was held with a heavy rain.
