"They did a good job of cleaning the ducting but when the removed the air filter they didn’t turn off the recirc fan and the excess dust and dirt went and got stuck in the A coil. I had to remove the sides of the unit in the attic to be able to remove the big clumps of dust/dirt so they didn’t stop up my coils. Other than that they did a great job. Air duct cleaning/ sterilization of the system. It has a couple of vents with mold spores starting. The technician found them and put them to the side for me to look at and recommend that they were replaced so I did."

We are a 23 year old Tile and grout, carpet cleaning company that is locally owned and operated here in Garland. We only hire IICRC certified technicians, who work directly for us, and we maintain an "A" rating with the BBB. We use a professional truck mounted system called the Pro Chem 405, and all of our solutions are 100% water soluble, EPA approved, and pet and people friendly. We will sometimes assess a fuel charge of $12.95 or more, depending on the distance we are travelling to a job site, and there is an additional service charge for emergency or after-hours work. We accept claims for all major insurance companies.
"I accidentally left my back windows down a little and it rained in my vehicle. ? I had no idea that mold and mildew smelled like sour milk...I was very discouraged about even driving because of it. I've tried all the at home remedies and even ordered off of Amazon but could not get rid of the smell. At last, Thank you Gary and Kevin for doing a great job with my Truck. When j went and checked filter lot of dust piled up on the filter. The person who came up for air duct cleaning told me while leaving, he had cleaned filter, need not replace it for another 2months, but the very next day itself when I went checked lot of dust piled up onto filter."

"Absolutely do not hire them. They caused thousands in damages to my home while my irrigation lines lawn need to be replaced again. Andrew Manes promised me a NEW 6 zone irrigation system and graded, seeded lawn. He hired a local friend from 5280 landscaping to do the work and he tied into old broken existing lines which resulted in my new basement flooding. They have refused to come back to fix anything but are trying to blame situation on me. Seeking legal remedies now when all they had to do was follow the contract. I’m presently thousands out of pocket and have to pay another company to correct all of their horrible work. I only wish I could do negative stars on review."
