"We live in a house that has a flat roof. It's also down a hill so you look down at my roof as you approachmy home. That's why the appearance is so important to us. I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"OMG !!!!!! This company is the bomb.❤️❤️❤️ I had 4 different roof companies to come out. Robert was the best. From the first interview til the last he was very professional. There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. When I did decide to use him he came back out went over everything again and later that evening called and confirm that his team will be there next morning between 7-8. By 7:30 the team arrives. The workers that showed up arrived on time and worked quickly. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. I am very particular as to how things are done, things have to be right or not at all. I found JI Roofing to share in my standards and in some ways they even exceeded them. They even went the extra mile (as I would) by eliminating a hump in the roof due to the house structure as originally built. "The flat roof over our medical office had reached the point where repairs were interfering with normal building operations. Leaks had occurred above a records room and near a staff corridor, while the roof surface contained blisters, open seams, and soft insulation around one internal drain. The building remained active throughout the week, so excessive noise, uncontrolled dust, interior access, and unexpected utility interruptions were major concerns. The contractor performed the exterior inspection and reviewed the affected interior areas after patient hours. A complete replacement was recommended because moisture extended beyond the visible openings and the existing membrane had widespread age-related deterioration. "Working with Jose and is team was an excellent experience. He’s very dependable and reliable . He shows up on time and he works! His prices are very reasonable and his work product is wonderful. Jose was initially hired to do one project for me (renovation of all 3 bedrooms - install new ceiling light (bedroom had no overhead lighting ) repair ceiling, instal new ceiling fan, paint all bedrooms, built two custom closets. After I realized how well he worked, I asked him back to do a second project on my home, repainting the entire interior of my home, repairs to the ceiling etc. he also did more electrical work on the front of the house. He then did some tile replacement and I installed additional lights in the basement area. Based on the work my Neighbour saw at my home they also hired Jose to repaint the entire interior of their home.He’s the ONLY person I will ever call from now on for Anything I need done."
