In order to remove it, we had to knock down two walls of this closet. Wilson, the owner of HHS, built us a new encasing featuring custom oversized French doors so that we could easily remove the water heater the next time we need a new one. This involved framing, drywall, and trim work - all of which was custom to our layout. Wilson took his time and did a thorough job. His work not only matched but was an upgrade. It made our entire basement look better. Most of all I appreciate the thought he put into making it useful for the future, so we wouldn't run into this same problem ten years from now. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
