"They were punctual and each crew took care in their job. There were 3 crews: roof, trim & gutters. Full roof replacement with underlayment replaced, 2 new skylights, new trim, fascia, soffit and gutters. Each crew cleaned up nicely and the roof crew used a magnetic tool to collect any stray nails on the ground. Total time 3 days. Prior to install they were great communicators, called to confirm every appointment. And best is if you call them with a question you get a person! Not just a person but a considerate person. Only had the roof a few days now, but today was the first heavy rainfall and guess what? No leaks! Highly recommend them for a roof replacement. They were more costly than others we interviewed, BUT they had better products, offered more for air flow and overall had the best presentation and left the best printed brochures. Again, highly recommend. If there are any future leaks I'll update this but today was a good test. I'm no longer fearful for any sorts to come."

"Ron Rose Hickory Ridge Rd I just had my house roofed by OnTo roofing - Aaron is owner & Greg is salesman 248-672-1314 - and they did a fantastic job at a great price on a very steep Ix roof. I called them for repair work, but they gave me such a great price on a new roof that I now have a new roof They were half the price of another quote that I was given by another roofing Co. And the price included tearing off old roof, replacing all the plywood that was damp (I needed 4 sheets of plywood), and caulking. Workmanship has a 20 yr warranty and shingles are Owens Corning and warranty is for 50 yrs. The crew was at my house at 7am, finished at 7:30 in the dark and picked up all debris. Aaron, the Owner, called me the next day to see if any problems and came the next day to inspect the roof himself. He sent two of his crew back the following day to do some more minor caulking and to wash off a few spots on my vinyl siding that happened when they tore off off roof (by the way, they laid down cloth all around my house to protect yard, deck, patio, driveway, etc) This Company was a delight to work with and clearly customer satisfaction is a must to them I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! Pls give the a call, you will not be disappointed"

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. "I originally scheduled an inspection well over one year ago. I cancelled - twice! - and asked for a call back this spring. I received a call from the office in March and scheduled again. During every call I was treated professionally and kindly. I scheduled the work with Greg. I then, again, postponed. Two weeks later, the workers were finally able to come. I was called one hour before the scheduled arrival so I knew when they would get to my home. The first job was to remove all the old fiberglass insulation. This not a job I wish on anyone. I have an addition on the home with a cedar ceiling and walls. Over that room a solid layer of foam was added plus, throughout the entire ceiling, any place where joists or walls connected was foamed. Thirteen light cans were housed and foamed. Two vents were repaired and three were foamed. The two large skylights in the ceiling (a standard eight foot ceiling) had their walls foamed. When doing the foaming portion, they found electrical boxes not attached and some without covers. These were repaired. At some point, a wire came loose and I lost the lights in the addition. They traced it and fixed that. The next day, cellulose was blown in to give the ceiling a R-49 insulation rating. As a bonus, part of the fiberglass that was removed was placed over the garage space, something they did not have to do. The addition had special issues as the house brick wall was not completely removed. Between that, the wood walls and ceiling, and one wall butting up to the garage, the room had a convection issue that caused it to always be cold in winter and hot in the summer. The non insulated crawlspace increased the effect. By foaming the areas in the attic where air could infiltrate the wall cavities, the fix was started. Under the addition, the crawlspace has a short - about 2 foot tall ceiling. All the insulation was removed, and the duct insulation checked and repaired as needed. The floor was had a thick vapor barrier and sheet insulation added. All the walls were foamed. They even add insulation to the entry cover and added attachments so it is easier to remove if needed. At all times, the crew was friendly and professional. I was extremely anxious during the first day as I have had some nightmare contractors over the years. The guys took it all in stride and treated me with respect and consideration. After all the work was done, Greg came back a few days later and performed another blower test. He filled out the rebates, I signed them and he submitted them. To be honest, I was uncomfortable one time during the process. The man doing the foam asked to walk the inside of the house so he would not exactly where the walls and lights were. This was an extra step to help him navigate the beams. I didn't expect anyone inside the house and would have made my bed. ;) I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. $6,000.00 is a lot of money and the company's attention to customer service, excellent training, and hard workers made it much less stressful to pay the bill."

"The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

"It all went very well. They were extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what had to be done. This job was done in the fall of 2012. The following spring, there were some areas that did not grow. I called and they sent someone out right away to assess the problem. They sent a crew out right away to redo the areas that didn't grow. They did not charge any additional fees. They went above and beyond to make things right and to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them for any job that they are able to do, whether it be lawn care or remodeling, or windows. They are a very reputable business and I trust them. Their prices were far less than than the other 6 or so that I received quotes on.
