"I was in emergency need of replacing a timber egress window well and an adjacent paver patio that chipmunks had tunneled into and destroyed. I needed it replaced before it caved into the basement window and now was the time. Secondly, I hoped for finding someone who could install a concrete pad attached to my garage’s slab for a future 3-season screened porch. I was having a struggle finding anyone for either. Patio installers didn’t want to take on replacing an egress window well. Concrete people said they were not comfortable drilling rebar into a 75-year-old garage slab. Greg was able to do all of this! His crew was able to relocate a large stone step used in the old patio and integrate it into a new extension of the newpatio. Greg’s crew was able to masterfully cut the replacement pavers tightly around the existing pergola posts, I was really impressed! The concrete slab was poured within the frame of an existing low-height retaining wall, but the edges were dug out deep enough below the ground for structural support of the future 3-season porch. We needed a railing around the egress well, and while such work is outside the scope of what he would do, Greg referred us to a metal smith who built for us a new railing and metal ladder into the well."

"Really well - i have used several small landscapers (and even other contractors) over the years, and Josh was by far the best overall experience.  I got his name from a friend who used him for a larger project last year.  I think the price was fair but not cheap, hence my B rating there, but honestly I was not really able to get an equivalent bid from anyone else.  So i could be wrong there.   Overall the experience from sales through design and execution was great.  Josh is knowledgeable and easy-to-work-with, not typical pushy sales.  He worked with us on a great design from my rudimentary sketch, and it turns out to be EXACTLY what we wanted.  We engaged him in the fall, and they were not able to get the project done before winter (although he had never promised to.)  But he said we'd be first on the list in the spring.  He contacted us in March to finalize plans and get a deposit, then got the work done ASAP in mid-April.  They came when they said they would, with a crew of 3 and got the project done in 3 days.  I can't speak to long term quality, but am extremely pleased so far, and hopeful it holds up.   Since this is a front patio, we get many compliments from neighbors on the sidewalk, and have shared Josh's name several times.  Would recommend him highly!  Thanks again, Josh!

"Could not be happier with Ben and his teams work. They helped reset our retaining wall that had push out over the years towards our pool equipment. It was a tight squeeze and they had to do a lot of the work manually. The team working was great and got the work done in a couple days and wall looks great. I highly recommend Ben and his team. "Brian (owner/designer) and his team did an excellent job and really exceeded our expectations. We wanted to plant some new trees, redo and expand two beds in the backyard, and clean up the landscaping around the boarders of the house. Brian was quick to respond. He is extremely knowledgable and clearly passionate about his work. He had really great ideas about the types of trees, grasses and flowers that we should plant and where. More importantly he was able to clearly explain the rationale of everything. He also would tell us if something wasn't worth the money and areas that we could save on costs. He was able to also tell us why our old fire pit patio was growing moss in one area (poor drainage). His team was able to fix this issue as well at no extra cost by creating a small drainage slit in one of the bricks. After the initial consultation, he quickly mocked up a 3D model of the backyard beds and emailed it to us the next day. He later sent a more detailed blueprint of the backyard beds with the flower, tree, grass, and rock placement along with a detailed itemized list of the individualized projects with a quote. The final cost remained the same as the quote too. His team of workers were very professional and worked really efficiently. They arrived early in the morning and were able to complete everything in two days when I had anticipated it would take almost a week. Brian was there to supervise every aspect and walked us through each day as work started making sure were were happy with each aspect. He would also call later in the afternoon to check in. The final result was excellent and of high quality especially compared to some of the old existing landscaping where we could see corners were cut. Brian then spent about 20-30 minutes after everything was done walking us through everything, discussing the watering plan, the weed control tips, and tree protection in the winter and providing us with handouts as well. We'll definitely be using them again."

"For years we have been at a loss as to what to do with our extremely shady backyard. Tom responded quickly and listened to our concerns. He then developed an easy to maintain design using hardwood mulch and shade plants. He also applied grass seed to the remaining are of our back yard. To our great surprise, he has been able to get grass to grow, which no other reputable company has done. His pricing was very fair and he did not skimp on plantings or on the amount of mulch he laid down. We found him to be a man of integrity and amazingly dependable and in many areas went above and beyond our expectations. We were so pleased with his work, we decided to use his company for lawn mowing and future landscaping needs."
