"painter did a good job, made sure everything was covered properly, only thing was that he only intended to paint a single coat.  he agreed to do a second coat but i thought it was odd that one coat was the intent.

They said the work would start early February before they can start, which is fine its no rush. But we would appreciate if they could just give us a date. My wife has chased them down and they haven't gotten back to her. Just keep us in the loop, we shouldn't have to chase them down. We understand if the weather delayed or a set back. "THEY LEFT TO BUY PARTS AND WATER DRIPPED THROUGH THE BASEMENT DRYWALL (NOTICED AFTER WORK WAS DONE). THEY ONLY PUT ONE COAT OF PAINT ON THE FRONT PORCH POSTS AND DIDN'T FINISH CARPENTRY WORK. I ASKED HIM TO COME BACK TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE ON OTHER WOODWORK AND HE NEVER CAME BACK. HIS WORKER ASKED ME TO COMPLETE A SATISFACTORY REPORT TO ANGIE'S LIST AND I SAID I WOULD WOULD AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE.

We live in an older house, so we were quite concerned about lead safety as well as minimizing paint fume exposure for my wife and newborn. We realized we needed to work with a professional who could take all of this into account and act quickly to make sure the room was ready in time. Kenneth was very accommodating to us. I'm confident we were challenging to work with given the circumstances, but he never made us feel that way. He took our concerns seriously and talked us through a variety of options to find something that worked for us. He was kind, responsive, and moved quickly to keep us on schedule. When we had notes or changes, he was quick to address them. There were a few aspects of the finish that weren't as polished as we hoped, but overall he was great to work with. The project was completed on time, and we were grateful to have his help during such a stressful moment."

Him and his guys showed up quickly, were very clean and his pricing was definitely more affordable than i expected. i asked him to then drywall my home and paint it as well, it took him 2 weeks to get done more than the current contractor has in 6 months. im actually going to continue using Chris and his guys for most all other jobs i have left."

"He came to my house, but never actually delivered the design. He asked for 2-3 wks. I gave him about 4 wks. I tried to contact him to follow up, but I did not hear from him. I have received a refund from Angie's List. He told me they were doing (maybe paving?) when we first met, and he's trying to do landscape design? It was only $39. When I first contacted the rating was A, and it was B when I last looked. Maybe it's a case of trying to do too much, or needing to narrow the scope of work. You can know/do a little about everything, or something about a little....not both."
