The trunks on the 6 spruce trees were felled very accurately with no risk of damage to the houses on either side. All the stumps were ground to well below the ground level.  The job took several days due to bad weather and they cleaned up each night before they left.  He had a very competitive price and a good crew.  I would gladly hire hire them again.

"Lonnie came out to see the job, and we discovered that he was the one who removed two humongous sugar maples about 20 years ago. In both cases, the job was kinda pricey, but I got what I paid for. The service was prompt, equipment and the crews' skillset was first class all the way. I only wanted the trees on the ground so I could cut up for firewood. "The job went very well. Doug provided a very fair quote to replace my 4 year old roof that was very poorly installed by a different contractor. He also provided a quote to replace my family room ceiling which was damaged due to the roof leaking. He responded to my request for an estimate within minutes and was at my house within 30 minutes to determine the work to be done. He was upset by the work by the previous contractor and his goal was to restore my confidence in small business contractors and he and his workers definitely did that. The job did take longer than the original estimate, but that was because of the issues that had to be dealt with. The work was completed for the price quoted.
