He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. Putting the hard-wire down and put stalling up but, I told them at the end I wanted him to go match my textured ceiling. Instead, left it flat and bare, really noticeable- only for friendliness and price would I consider calling them."
