The installer cleaned up the area during, and after the install. The shelving units were pretty much what we discussed & paid for. Cost wise I thought the install was pricey, but it did rate in the same range as others, so for the work performed it was normal for the industry. Dennis was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. He came out promptly to give me an estimate and was very reasonably priced. He explained everything to me so I would understand. We had some rain issues scheduling (nothing to do with him, just bad storms for about a week) and he kept in touch and was very considerate of my time. When he came to do the actual repair he was fun to work with, knowledgeable and kept me posted on what was going on the whole time. He was so nice and did a wonderful job.
