"Their team came and cleaned my house on Thursday 11/13. I requested 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room to be cleaned. They did a bit more than I had asked for but I was beyond happy with the job they did. When I got home everything was shining and smelled amazing and just looked beautiful. "Okay except for two things: (1) The cleaning only addressed the duct from outside; they refused to check the dryer duct hose from inside. We did not discuss this ahead of time because I assumed that was part of their service. (2) In addition to the $125 to clean the duct, they also charged me $110 for a metal cover to fit over the opening of the duct outside. When I asked them to identify this item so I could compare it with other similar covers, they said they couldn't do that. They said the high cost reflected a charge for removal of the old cover and installation of the new cover to the outside vent opening. When I asked why attaching the cover was so expensive, they compared the cost to what a car garage would charge to change your oil."
