"Everyone I dealt with at Keystone was very professional. Kasey, the owner's daughter came out for the initial visit and sent me the proposal. I changed the specs 2 or 3 times but her communication was great. When I gave them the ok, the installation was set up quickly. I was amazed at how fast 2 guys could mark off, dig holes and install over 400' ft of fence. It looked great. There were two minor issues that I contacted them about. Tracy, the owner, called me immediately and they were taken care of the next day. 100% satisfied"

Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. All fixed now."
