"She was amazing! Very knowledgeable she came out to do a deed cleaning on all my appliances because my refrigerator was give of weird taste to my food. Took everything apart cleaned it steamed cleaned all my vents out in my refrigerator. My light wasn’t working on my oven and replace something in my oven light working now and cleaned it out. My dryer was taking a long to dry my clothes she cleaned my vent that goes out my house put back vacuum all the lint out my dryer and working fine don’t have to dry my clothes three times now. Well knowledgeable and save me a lot of money because I am TRASH QUEEN lol I was going through everything away buy all new appliances. Thank you for all your help and amazing customer service. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"Steve did a fantastic job connecting a fire table and gas grill to the gas hook up. The parts that came with the appliances were incorrect so Steve took a run to the hardware shop and was able to get everything hooked up professionally and correctly. He was very patient and explained everything he was doing and his price was very fair and reasonable. His apprentice Freddie also was very helpful. They also came to do the work the very next day, I expected to wait at best a week! Great Job!!!"
