Long story about my incredible experience so far below: Our roof and siding were older, losing grit and fading, and we had lost some shingles in a storm. After having another company out that was okay/average, I did some research and read a ton of reviews. Home Genius Exteriors really stood out from the rest, so we decided to setup an appointment. Our Home Remodeling Expert was named John and he was the best! He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home inside and out (including using a drone). He even went up into our attic mid-summer to see what was going on under the roof. He then took us though all of the photos and videos and explained what was happening. He also listened to what we were hoping to improve. He provided multiple options and recommendations and answered all of our questions and concerns. Next thing I knew we were creating models of our actual home and toggling between different colors, styles, materials, etc. John was extremely patient as it took a while for us to get it dialed in just right. He wrote up our project, helped to find some discounts and areas we could save money to stay within our budget without compromising the end result we were now in love with. We decided to get a roof, siding, windows, patio door, and gutter replacement to completely makeover and modernize our home. The next day we were contacted by our Home Genius project coordinators Tiffany and Beth to schedule our roof install and to have a technician out to remeasure and confirm our windows/patio door order. I figured it would be a while to get on the schedule...They blew me away. Measurement appointment tomorrow and roof install the next day! Our measurement technician was named Frank and he arrived on time, took off his shoes without being asked (love that), and his attention to detail was impeccable. He even went as far as to reconfirm our order and to walk us through what to expect with the windows and patio door install. That afternoon Brandon, our Home Genius Project Manager for the roof install, called to introduce himself and provide a detailed timeline for the day of the install and to see if we had any questions. He also informed us when the dumpster and materials would arrive that evening. The next morning Brandon and the roofing installation crew showed up at 7:00 and began prepping our home, including hanging tarps from the roof to protect our landscaping and even moving all of our deck & patio furniture out into the yard for protection. Then the work really started - the crew was incredibly fast and efficient! They had all of the old roof off in less than 3hrs. By lunch they were done laying the new underlayment and starting to put on shingles. They worked non-stop. The roof was finished by 8:00 and what I really appreciate, is they spent almost an hour cleaning up the jobsite and even using magnets to make sure no nails were left behind in the grass or landscaping. Brandon was terrific throughout the project. He provided detailed explanations of what was happening, provided updates on timing and progress, answered all of our questions, and made sure that the installation was perfect. He even came by the next day to do a second final walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed since it was getting dark the night before. Roof looks amazing and we could not be happier! Can not wait for the next stages of our home transformation!"

"Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."

"Whole thing went great. We've used Construction Solutions for another major job, and were so happy with the first project, we kept them in mind when it was time for a new roof. Got a few quotes a long time ago, and this price was one of the most reasonable, plus we knew we could trust Tom Bolt and his crew. From the very beginning, to the day of the work, Tom and his crew were courteous and punctual. I think it's worth mentioning specifically how clean my property was after the job was finished. Usually after major work, one expects to find things here and there around their house...that's just the way it is. But I have only found one tiny piece of plastic. I haven't found a single nail left by the workers...not one."

"All projects were completed with beautiful results. Their masonry division and pavers division both employ professional, seasoned crews who are assigned to the project with experienced foremen. With all of the projects there was meticulous care taken with the work, and they communicated with me about matters that came up along the way. The company was very easy to work with in negotiating the agreement, reviewing details, and getting responses to various questions along the way. There was a small group of stones, intended for capstones on a wall, that were not of the quality of the other stone, and they replaced those for me. Dan (masonry division & company) and Marty (paver division), division managers and senior managers of the company, offer careful review of their respective divisions' work and of the overall projects, and clearly care about their customers. The onsite foremen (John - masonry) and Rob (Pavers) were very careful with the details and the progress of the projects. They brought a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm to the work every day. In one instance a section of the drive wasn't to Rob's liking, and they pulled up that section and redid everything. They were careful to adjust the angles for drainage on the driveway, and were attentive to details that a lesser company might not pay attention to. They will purchase the quality of pavers/stone requested by the customer, and the Unilock pavers I chose to have installed both look beautiful, and appear to be durable also. They were attentive to protecting my home from construction dust, as I had requested, covering windows and doors in the vicinity, and cleaned up well after their work. I had a landscape design created for the overall plan for renovating the exterior of my home, and they comfortably worked with that design in establishing the dimensions of the various paver projects. I thought that the front area and driveway would look very nice as planned but it looks even better than I had hoped. Neighbors, and even the mail carrier have commented upon the awesome work; it is nice when one's neighbors can also enjoy and appreciate the results of a home project. Early in the planning stages I was deciding upon whether I was going to use HiCon's services for this work or another contractor. What tipped the balance was some advice from another contractor I had working at my home, who has had occasion to see HiCon's work over time because of the work that they do; their comment was that they thought I should contract with HiCon because their work is excellent and really holds up over time. Where this other contractor might see a more amateurishly constructed patio start to show signs of wear after a few years, the HiCon structures they have had occasion to see are often there many years later, still in good shape. I couldn't be more pleased with the work."

"I signed up for work in March, and was told late april, called mid may and was told early June. Due to weather, and other jobs taking much longer my work got pushed back to mid june. I could have used better communication during this time. That aside these guys worked their butts off in 90 -100 degree heat. The toughest three guys (Dennis' two sons and Melvin) had to do the work for 2 or three other guys who didn't make it for some reason or another (it was real hot.) So the job took 6 work days instead of 2-3. They did a good job. 30 foot ladders up and down all day long. There was a soffit that was rotten and Dennis had a carpenter guy out same day to fix it for about $100. The painting job in the pantry was really difficult. There were pre-installed shelves that can't be removed, and the only way to paint it is without moving it. Great job on that. This was difficult work, and Dennis is the quality control master, with a great eye for spotting little things, and I recommend keeping an eye on progress and making sure everything is done right. With any job I know Dennis will make sure I'm happy with the net result."
