He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. "This is a father and son team of extremely knowledgeable and skilled woodworkers.    They were so flexible that they actually rearranged other clients to help me get doors installed in time for a graduation party.   They bring all their own equipment and have more woodworking equipment at their shop.  They took one of the large posts back to their shop to split because it required a specialized saw.  It was a 2 day project.   Everything was installed and looks seamless and professional.   The son also knows a lot about granite, so that was helpful when making decisions about what legs and braces to put on the granite.   On top of great work at a great price, these two are just really nice people.    I would hire them for any remodel or new construction project large or small.

Mr. Trivett said he would come out immediately if the rain continued and prevented his outside painting job.The young men were courteous and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. The total cost of the paint job included the price of the paint . As I described in the report on the services performed, all furniture, pictures, curtains and drapes were returned in their proper places as well as making up the the bed after it was removed. I was given an estimate of 3 days but the job was completed in 2 days.

"We hired Lucky 7 to repair and paint the exterior trim of our large 3-story house, which has a lot of trim and fairly tricky painting conditions given the height of the house and the need to use a 60ft ladder in quite a few areas. "Brandon and his partner repaired our privacy vinyl fence and fence gate that for several years has been extremely hard to open. The vinyl fence had settled, over the years, and now had gaps where it should have been a tight privacy fence, and caused the gate to be very hard to open and close. Brandon did an excellent job removing the posts, re-cementing them into the ground, placing 4x4 wooden posts in the vinyl posts (that should have been placed when the fence was installed 9 years ago.) Our gate now opens without any difficulty, and the gaps are gone. I'm so glad we found Brandon, and look forward to calling on his company again for any future home repairs."
