"Replaced a bad float switch with cheap junk that got moisture in if failed so they charged me, because I was told it was a plugged drain line and it was NOT, $212.70 to dry out a float switch they installed less than 6 months before!!! Not to mention that the two AMANA units require 2 additional dehumidifiers to get the moisture below 55%"

"Paid $660 for Honest Air in Palm City to clear my A/C drain. A week later it was clogged again. When I called back, they said because I didn?t buy their $1,500 package which included upsell services, I?d have to pay another diagnostic fee of $126 for them to come back. The only thing they?ve been HONEST about is not taking responsibility for poor service unless you pay for every upsell they push at the time of service. They heavily promote their memberships, which makes sense?without one, you?ll likely end up paying again when their first ?fix? fails. I?ll be sure to mention to my HOA to stop recommending this smoke-and-mirror company. "
