"We contracted for a complete HVAC replacement incl ducts and the work was completed without significant issues. The problems arose less than a year late with the AC stopped cooling. Over the next 6-8 months the AC has lost coolant three times with the last on the 4th of July! The last time, JL Midas never responded to our phone calls (multiple) and emails (multiple). We eventually had another Company come out who found the problem immediately - very poor repair to a coolant line. The repair and recharge was complete and I tried to contact JL Midas for re-imbursment for the cost of the coolant and the replaced copper line - something they should have done on a previous call. JL Midas has yet to respond to either voice messages, or email. We will be exploring legal action especially after the long history of service calls on a totally new System. The phone was the copper line that Midas 'repaired' on the 2nd coolant leak... this line should have been replaced not 'wielded'"

"Paid $660 for Honest Air in Palm City to clear my A/C drain. A week later it was clogged again. When I called back, they said because I didn?t buy their $1,500 package which included upsell services, I?d have to pay another diagnostic fee of $126 for them to come back. The only thing they?ve been HONEST about is not taking responsibility for poor service unless you pay for every upsell they push at the time of service. They heavily promote their memberships, which makes sense?without one, you?ll likely end up paying again when their first ?fix? fails. I?ll be sure to mention to my HOA to stop recommending this smoke-and-mirror company. "
