I tried contacting the installer many times but could not get him to return and come back to fix his defective or failing parts."

"The springs on my garage door broke Friday evening and I requested quotes on Yelp. Dean was the only company who could replace the springs on Saturday. Dean called me at 1:24PM and told me he can be at my house between 4PM and 6PM. Dean arrived a little after 5:00PM and replaced the springs by 5:40PM. He even checked the hardware on the garage door, lubricated the rollers, and adjusted the motor of the garage door opener. Dean was very courteous & professional and took the time to answer all the questions we had about the garage door and its maintenance. "Darrin fixed an increasingly problematic front door mortise lock. Works swell now; it was a toughie. He also fixed two other outside door locks that had been iffy. Prior repairman who had installed the locks and doors didn't do a great job. Now we have working and locking doors. Spiffy. I thought the price was very reasonable. He was professional and knowledgeable. Will hire him again for any lock issues. I wish I had done this over a year ago instead of dreading it (afraid we would have to replace the locks or doors)."

"Bernardo & his team did an outstanding job, designing, building & installing a custom combo metal frame & cedar wood 10’x8’ double wide gate. In addition, they did some other fence repair. Bernardo had great ideas about the style & look. I listened & couldn’t be happier. His pricing was in line with 6 other bids. I selected Bernardo because he offered ideas as opposed to just saying “oh that’s going to cost you more money”. I actually got a custom gate compared to others so in reality, his pricing was the best considering it was more than a rectangular design as others quoted. I highly recommend Bernardo’s fencing. If I had anything to pick at, the clean up could have been a little better. I did do some sweeping up afterwards but that’s all I can think of as a nitpick."
