He called after the roof was complete to assure me that if I ever had a problem with the roof, to give Paddy's a call. The install took 1.5 days and the cleanup was very thorough. Its all about the details and Paddy's delivered the details with great customer service. I could not be happier with the process and the results. Jeremy did our initial estimate and provided us with a thorough explanation of the system. "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. We plan on using AJ to replace the remaining Windows as well as a sliding glass door in early 2016.

He explained everything that was needed to get my garage door up and running after my neighbor crashed into it. He listened well then explained what needed to be done. Our salesperson, Bill was a great help in helping us pick the right style of cabinets and the size that fit into the spaces we had. From start to finish they were there on time and cleaned up every day. They even put up with all the questions we had, to which they answered every one of them. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. They gave us a date in July for Installation. They arrived in May."
