"Everything with american standard roofing went great. Their pricing was right in line (or less) than the other 3 quotes I received. The guy giving the estimate did not have a hard sales pitch or some stupid slide show on a tablet. They simply quoted the job and let me make a decision with out any pressure. When it came to install day they came with a massive crew and had all of the work completed within the same day. I had a lot of decking boards that were rotted and needed to be replaced as well. The new roof looks great and it does not leak."

"I highly recommend Roof-Rite based on my experience with them recently. I called and left a message to ask if they repaired skylights. I got a very quick call back and talked with a very nice lady who said they did and someone would contact me shortly. She said that it might be a few days, which was fine, but I appreciated the honesty. As she said, I was contacted by Mark who arranged to come by and take a look. He arrived on time and fixed the leak right then, after telling me the cost, which was very reasonable. He said it would be good to recaulk all of the skylights and he inspected other things on the roof, caulking where needed. I waited to do this review until after a storm and I am so pleased. I am leak-free for the first time in many many years (other companies came out and said they fixed them, but they did not). Thanks Roof-Rite, I will be calling you for my roof replacement in the future."

"Ethical Exteriors was the last company we contacted after getting estimates from 4 other companies. I wish he would have been first because it would have saved me time and worry. Todd, the owner, is very professional and articulate and uses his own crew rather than sub-contractors. His crew is also very professional. They were on time, worked their butts off and did an outstanding job, even going above and beyond when they discovered an unforseen problem under the roof. Their cleanup was meticulous without any debris or nails being found around my house. I can't praise Todd and his crew enough. "I recently bought an older home and found the roof was leaking. Being new to the area, Good's Roofing was recommended to me. I called and was very pleased to hear a person answer the phone. She was pleasant, patient and friendly every time I called or came into the office. I told her I had water coming in and scheduled an inspection. Happily, they were able to come out much sooner than planned. He inspected the roof, getting up with a ladder and also the attic. As the roof had been repaired several times it now needed replaced. They were able to do the work quickly which was great since it was the end of November. The crew was polite and hardworking, only stopping once for a short lunch break,and completing the roof in one day. They laid down tarps before starting and cleaned up well but I did find a few nails on the driveway. I called and asked if they could come back and go over the area again with the magnet. They were happy to do it and came back within a few days. Overall I am very satisfied with my new roof and the service and competence of this company. Thank you Good's Roofing!"

"The 2014 shed job needed a call back immediately as door was gaping and not closing tightly. They were prompt in their response. Only one coat of paint was applied to the new wood, not adequate in my opinion, but I didn't complain at the time. Now, four years later, the plywood is pulling away from the beams because long staple type fasteners were used rather than wood screws. The second job, done in 2016, was unsatisfactory from the start. The work included installation of new door and installation of brick molding and flashing on leaking door. Painting, patching and caulking of both doors was included in the price. The door that was leaking leaked even worse after being repaired and only one coat of paint was applied over holes; no patching was done. Some areas were left completely unpainted. I called and someone came out to do another repair. He said that more work had been done than was necessary and a simple caulking was done. Leaking problem was solved. He also said that someone would call about fixing the poor paint job, but nobody ever did."

"The work itself went well at the time the roof was installed. We were pleased with the quality of the work and the clean up after. The problem came when I contacted them in Jan/Feb 2015 for a leak that had developed. I explained that my husband that is 64 should not get on the roof any longer to see where the problem is, they said that would contact us for an inspection when the weather cleared, it had been very cold and icy. <br /> They never did respond or call to come and inspect the roof. My husband has now been up on the roof twice, and can not find were the leak was coming from, however it has stopped. It may have been ice built up under a ledge, but how do we know?  Don't know if it will start up again this winter, with the ice and snow, but I am very disappointed that no one got back with us. I guess once they get your money, the service stops. You are no longer a priority if you need repairs, or followup service. <br /> Would not recommend this company for this reason. <br />"

"The project with Discount Skylight turned out much better than we expected. Rob and his crew were outstanding from the initial assessment through the ideal location and installation of our two 14 in solar tubes. They really bring in so much light into our family room and kitchen. Rob treated our home as it was his when it came down to the ideal placement of the solar tubes. He is a perfectionist and I highly recommend his expertise. The job took less than a day from start to finnish."
