He was very professional and polite. Everything looked great when he was done. But the next day, once the carpet dried, some of the heavy traffic areas still showed some dirt. When Like New Again called me to see if I was satisfied with the job I mentioned this. Another cleaner was sent out THAT AFTERNOON! I was happily surprised by the responsiveness of customer service. This second cleaner had a different machine, a scrubber that was a lot more aggressive. I was not charged a dime for this second cleaning. When the carpet dried the next day it truly did look like "new again".
