His crew arrived on time and since we were home, they came to the door and let us know they arrived. They were all very nice and very hard workers. After the work was completed they cleaned up and let us know they were leaving. We couldn't be happier with the work done by Carroll Roofing and Exteriors! The work was done as promised, when scheduled. They took care to take down and reinstall our Christmas lights and cleaned everything up before they left. They were honest, reliable, and responsive when I had questions. because they couldn't get to my roof right away, they did a temporary fix, and when that didn't hold, they came back and redid the temporary fix until it worked. They also took care of scheduling the tuckpointing that was necessary. The job in itself was not super complicated, but there were many moving parts including dealing with the insurance, handling solar panels, etc. These guys did an excellent job, and I would work with them again if I had to start all over. They were particularly good in handling the back and forth with the insurance, and the whole project was completed in a very reasonable time.
