"There had been a minor mix-up with my appointment on their end and I called the office after waiting a reasonable amount of time thinking I had an appointment. The dispatcher called Shawn who was in High Point on an emergency call. Shawn called me right back and came right after he finished his appointment. Although he had not spoken with me about what I needed done, he was very professional, walked around with me to see what my needs were. It was a big job which would take several hours. Fortunately he had the hardware to do the job on the truck. He got started right away and finished in the time he had estimated. I was prepared to pay the cost (not having done this before). The way he handled the unscheduled job which took a few hours and the efficiency with which he made the installations and his pleasant and professional demeanor was worth every cent. He also informed me of their guarantee if anything did not work properly. I was very pleased because I was unscheduled and I was expecting to be rescheduled for next week since this is a holiday weekend. I would call them again as they offer a range of services that I can possibly use and I would highly recommend to anyone. <br />"

"Paul's team showed up as scheduled and meeting our timeline.  We wanted to be there when the work was done.  Since this is a second home for us, Paul was totally flexible in working with our schedule so that we could be there.  His crew was professional, efficient, friendly, and worked very hard.  There was no standing around chatting, talking on the phone or taking breaks....these guys were constantly in action!  When I decided the original placement of the boulders wasn't quite what I had in mind, they happily moved them as if they were pebbles to their new location. <br /> Paul is happy to do any job, large or small.  Our location is an hour away, took 3 trucks of supplies to deliver, and has a challenging, steep driveway.  None of this was a problem even for our small job.  We highly recommend Paul and his team!  Thanks guys. <br />"

"The Vitex team headed up by Jason Levin was in a word outstanding.  It was a collaborative effort with the builder and their knowledge of state of the art equipment and software was exceptional.  In a project the size of mine there are the inevitable hiccups however Vitex's ability to understand the issue, send the appropriate technician and modify or correct the issue exceeded my expectations.  Another important note, they were more than happy to work with customer supplied equipment as well as equipment they supplied. From my perspective, Vitex is the only vendor for high end state of the art installations."
