"I had a disappointing experience with Mister Sparky. During the service, the technician installed a breaker in my panel that clearly specifies only Eaton breakers should be used. That raised immediate concerns about attention to manufacturer requirements and code compliance. I also experienced significant issues with an automated lighting system. Multiple technicians were sent out, and I was repeatedly told the problems were related to my new construction home rather than the work performed. After ongoing troubleshooting and no resolution, the entire lighting system was ultimately removed. This was a frustrating and costly experience. While this occurred nearly four years ago, it left a lasting impression. I?m not sure why Angi is requesting a review now, but based on my experience, I would not recommend this company."

Weston Trawick proved to be the right choice from the initial visit with the service manager, Robbie Gilliam to the install with Jason Whitman and his assistant (apologies for forgetting the assistant’s name).
