Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! "Went very well. Justin showed up on time.had his trailer and hauled yard debris I had piled up. He came back the next day and installed a fence post in concrete to prop up  a section of my stockade fence. He also dug a trench around my screen room where we had a previous drainage problem   All work was performed in an excellent workmanship  manner.

"The provider was very knowledgeable and very patient. Since my wife and I are very visual people, Brent made sure that all our concerns were addressed. I also appreciated the fact that Brent took the time to explain the remolding process in simple and understandable terms.  Anytime we had a question concerning kitchen design or materials, he would set up an appointment to explain the pros and cons concerning our question. Brent answers to our questions were always centered on making sure we were informed and satisfied customers. Since my kitchen was destroyed due to water damage, the provider took the time to explain what needed to be addressed before the cabinets were installed.  if any problems arose during the remolding process i,e electrical, sheet rock installation or pluming, these issues were addressed in a timely and efficient manner.  Customer service after the kitchen was completed was Outstanding! Brent conducted a walk through and he noticed a stain on a cabinet door. The cabinet door was replaced and conducted another walk through to make sure we were satisfied. My kitchen was once a "Nightmare" but after Brent and his crew completed the project, I now have a kitchen to die for.
