He provided a very competitively priced, accurate bid for the job without even walking the property. I was initially suspicious that it was too good to be true, until he politely explained that he 1) uses online resources to obtain roof perimeter measurements and 2) is able to perform thorough gutter clearing quickly, regardless of roof elevation, because he does the work while ON the ROOFTOP. Sure enough he manually cleared a lot of debris and blew out my extensive gutters in about two hours. He happily offered to return, if the gutters were not draining properly after the next heavy rain. A++++"
