"Very nice to deal with, good communication. Concrete pour has some discoloration that cannot be fixed. The slurry from the pour was not directed properly - and wound up coating a garden area in the front of our house. No water could get to the plants, consequently, we had to dig out the concreted soil and take to the dump. Now have to add more top soil. The gravel which was removed from the newly concreted area was spread out over the existing gravel drive but was not leveled or made smooth. Now the driveway is bumpy and we may have to have heavy equipment smooth it out again."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"From the minute they got out of the truck to check our project, to give us a bid we knew they were the company we would hire. They seemed to know what we wanted by way of design and finish, before we spoke. Where other companies had said flat out “We won’t do this.” “Too much work removing old concrete.” Poor access.” Moli said, “Yes, this old concrete gotta go. But, it’s no problem. We bust it up. We take it out.” At the end of the first day all of the old concrete had been removed and taken away. At the end of day two all the forms were set. Day three was rebar and detail work making all ready for the pour. Day four The concrete was poured stamped and finished. On day five everything was picked up cleaned up and they were gone. These are good people. They do good work and they are as honest as the day is long."

He explained everything to me and made some suggestions that made sense. He was also very respectful of my property by taping up lots of plastic protection on garage doors and all along the front porch door and windows. I would hire him again and have already recommended him to a friend."

"From my first contact with them they were very responsive and professional. They came to my home in Lake Stevens to give me the free estimate and then returned about a week later for the scheduled work. At the last minute I added my detached shop/garage roof and covered patio roof and they charged me what I thought was a very reasonable fee.
 The work (2 of them) was completed in about 9 hours, I thought it would take 2 days. They were very careful and thorough and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't be happier or more impressed. I'm in the field of real estate and have seen a lot of questionable "work" done on roofs so I tried to be very careful mine was done right and not damaged in the process of "cleaning."
They quoted me a very reasonable fee and stuck with the quote, and even repaired a shingle that was loose.

"Joe and his team, usually 2 or 3 other hard working guys, were easy to work with and the finished product is great. They did alot of work at my place this summer: replaced my driveway, entry way/steps, and patio. They did a stamped concrete entry way and patio that look awesome. The patio also had some custom footings that had to be pre-poured for a building columns and the work and precision came out near perfect!"
