"They kept our lawn looking really good. As far as that, I'm having a little bit of trouble with the scheduling. We have somebody who mows our lawn and I don't want to have them put down their product and then the next day, mow the lawn and suck up all the product. In the past, we have done pretty well with them coming earlier in the week and this worked out good. This year I am having a little more trouble with that. We had another company that was purchased by TruGreen and I was very happy with them, I think maybe it was the same person that does it. We had a problem a couple of years ago and the guy came out and he worked and got it all rectified and everything. So basically, we've been pretty happy with them, except for the scheduling relationship.I don't think they have been here to do that one yet. It was at my request because it was the day before we were getting it mowed, so I need to call them on that. But, they've been very responsive when we call and stuff. The time we did have an issue, they resolved it so wonderfully. It was something they they put down and application and it froze that night or something and it damaged the lawn, but they came out and they repaired it all and got it all looking good. Now, we have the best looking lawns in the neighborhood. I don't really have anything to compare price. I really don't know what other places charge. Our lawn is weed-free. They took care of it. We moved into a house where the lawn had not been... it was an older couple and the only thing that made it look green were the weeds in it. They've managed over three or four years, there isn't a weed in it now. They get a "B" on responsiveness only because of the issue we're dealing with right now. They come when they say they're coming."

"I had carpenter ants coming into a back bedroom for about 5 days. Crawling and flying all over the place. Chris, from Bio Bug inspected and treated the whole house inside and out for the ants and  some yellow jacket  nests too. I haven't seen one single ant inside that bedroom in the past 2 weeks and I was seeing about 20-30 per day. The price includes a follow up spray and inspection. I was very happy with the overall experience and have decided to use them for a quarterly program as well. I would reccomend them to friends and family without a problem. <br />"
