"Jeff was not just professional, but friendly and did an amazing job for me! He doesn't normally do concrete work, however since what I had was very small, he assisted me with the fix! You bet I would recommend him to others!!"

"My mom needed her gutters cleaned and Stacy promptly called back and setup the date to come clean them out. They found some shingles and roofing issues that needed to get fixed as well as adding an additional downspout for the gutters (they have one for the whole house). We appreciated that he recommended them being fixed to make sure the roof doesn't leak."

"He came and poured a new concrete porch on the front of my home. Initially there was some problems with cracking so he came back and tore it our and refilled the porch. It turned out just beautiful."

"Extraordinary service and for so little money compared to the effort they gave the job. Even the owner gave me special attention. Good, honest guys who really know their business. I will absolutely call this company again <br />"

"They did what they were hired to do. The fence is in place and the gates work just fine. They didn't give us a schedule for the work to be completed and were difficult to get a hold of. The job took longer than I expected, but they did good work. Don't call them if you are in a hurry, but if you have the time to wait and patience for multiple calls to them for service then go for it. I actually called them back to get pricing for fencing on another part of my yard, but they never returned the call. <br />"

"Ty and his crew showed up exactly on time (even a little early!) and were completely ready to go when the first concrete truck arrived. They gave us excellent advice on prepping the area and helped us get a few last minute details completed. They were professional, fun to work with, and really did an exceptional job. The basement floor guys and the concrete delivery guys all expressed their satisfaction with Ty's team work and professionalism. This crew has an obviously strong work ethic as well as a real goal of customer satisfaction. We couldn't have asked for a better job. We rate them five stars! <br />"

"The project was very professionally done in two days as anticipated. The team of workers were perfectionists, making sure that all was done correctly. With such a large job on a 15% grade, this project needed to be done right. Although very expensive, I believe the price was very fair for the large amount of work that our driveway needed. Saving those parts of the road surface that were salvageable helped to keep the cost from being even higher. I highly recommend Black Diamond Asphalt and am very satisfied that this project could not have been better by anyone else."

"Work went fine. Ed wasnt able to get the two exterior doors adjusted more (they look like they were sagging in the jam orignally), and the front door actually looked a little and quot;worseand quot; than it did before the adjustment. Thermostat replacement and closet door adjustment went great. The bathroom faucet needed new parts to stop the leak. While Ed was working on other stuff, I went and got replacement parts (universal fit per Ace Hardware), only to have Ed work on faucet for over 1/2 hour and still not be able to stop the leak. Ed said I needed to get geuine Moen parts and then showed me how to reinstall them myself. Ed also said that if I had trouble getting the facuet back to gether to give him a call and he would drop by and do it because it would be only a and quot;5 minuteand quot; deal. Ed spend 2 hours at my house and charged me $10 less than his actual 2 hours I owed him. I assumed that was because he could actually fix the facuet. After he left I got the Moen parts, but was unable to get it back together myself. I tried to call Ed several times and left messages to have him call and come by to help me. (This was the Friday before Labor Day, so I assume to was out of town). I couldnt use the faucet for the long weekend, which was fine, however, when Ed did call me back and and quot;stop by on Tuesday morning (1/2 hour later than he said he would be here), he charged me $35.00 for the 10 minutes he was here. I was not expecting if free, but I didnt think I should be stuck for a full hours labor (If I new that, I would have found another 50 minutes of work for him to do, so I got 1 hours work for 1 hours pay. Ed did a good job and was very nice and didnt waste time when he was here working. I would recommend him, but be clear that both parties know what is expected and the cost of it. <br />"
