"My driveway was very discolored with some pock marks, and it was detrimental to the appearance of my home.  Based on other reviews and pictures, I decided to resurface the concrete with an epoxy stone coating.  Gary Meyer of ESI was very responsive to my request and came out to examine my property.  He explained the whole process to me.  He also arranged for mudjacking for my walkway and driveway to prepare for the project.  The work was completed in a professional and timely manner, and there was no mess left behind.  The finished product was gorgeous.  My family, friends and neighbors couldn't believe how good it looks.  I have received many compliments, and it has greatly improved the overall curb appeal of my property.  I would highly recommend ESI. "

We had had several bids for this project and Ortmann was not the least expensive. We went with our gut feeling of how our first encounter went for an estimate. We liked presentation, their website and pictures of completed projects spoke volumes to us as other contractors' sites were not as sophisticated. They were always on time, very courteous, and said repeatedly they were grateful we hired them for this project. We replaced with a concrete patio that we had colorized and stamped with an Arizona Flagstone. We absolutely love our new outdoor living space!! We have so much more usable space now! "Exchanged couple of phone calls and cleared calendar for an appointment. Salesperson called morning of the appointment to let us know Decorative Concrete has a $2500 minimum charge. We have a small job so their minimum would be cost prohibitive. It would be nice if their website was more transparent. Would not have wasted my time."
