"I called and explained the type of material to be disposed of and the amount. The person on the phone was very helpful - gave several possible options. All costs were explained up front. I requested a dumpster for 2 days later - they could have done it the next day, but I didn't need it then. The dumpster was dropped off around noon. It was going near an overhanging tree, so it was a tight fit, but the drivers had not problems dropping off or picking up without damaging the tree. Since we paid by credit card, no one needed to be home either time. I called Monday morning for pickup, and it was picked up Tuesday. The dumpster weighed more than the prepaid weight limit (I knew we would - it was mostly rocks and concrete), so they sent a second bill with the extra cost, along with a copy of the paperwork from the landfill showing the weight. I was surprised that they prorated per ton, rather than rounding up to the nearest whole ton. All in all, a good experience."
