"They came out right away, he was very good and we were very happy with them.  What we liked about this company was that he was really informative.  He could name all the trees that we have, what was going on with them, what we needed to do, what we needed to watch for.  We gathered a lot of information and realized what we could and could not do with the trees.  Actually he did not charge us that day.  There were certain complications and he gave us certain suggestions on what we can and could not do.  The reason he could not remove the tree was because the machinery was too big for the space and told how we could take care of it."

My only complaint is they scare you to sell additional services for example: grubs will destroy your lawn in not treated. I did not and my nlawn is fine. They also offer seeding and extra fertilizer in fall, I paid for this once, did not see any benefit. I would stay with the basic service. <br />"
