My favorite feature in the new kitchen is definitely the breakfast area with the gorgeous energy efficient windows including the seating area that overlooks our pool and back yard area.  We really could go on and on with lots of more details and explanations about the attention to detail and amazing design that was done completely by this company, but we rather leave it for others.   Our main recommendation about them is that if you think of hiring someone to remodel anything in your house… Than do yourself a favor and hire Landmark construction energy crew.

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"Jesus and his crew were great! They did what they came to do when they said they'd come with minimal hiccups and no hidden costs. Jesus was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. He knows his stuff and he listens and responds with no repeats or hounding! And, his crew was amazing. They were safe, professional, and efficient and the site was left nearly spotless after they were done removing eight large cypress trees and trimming a ninth large cypress. "Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
