"Brad Mason was the lead electrician. He was courteous, knowledgeable, smart, thoughtful, meticulous, on time, and an excellent listener and communicator from the initial visit to obtain a quote until the completion of work today. I knew what to expect before work began each day and there were no surprises with cost because I had a written quote detailing work and pricing. It took 4 days to complete work. There were a couple of problems discovered that I will have to address before Mr Mason is able to fully complete all work, but all that was completed was satisfactory and done well. I plan on having Mr Mason return in about 2-3 weeks to do additional work. I would recommend Mr Mason and Mr Electric to take care of your electrical needs. I felt Mr Mason was able to offer his expertise and services that best fit what I needed and I also felt for the work that was done that their prices were most reasonable for the quality of work I received."

He inspected everything, explained the issue clearly, worked carefully from the stairwell and attic, and replaced the unsafe setup with a fan-rated metal brace box. The attic heat was brutal, but Kenny kept at it and made sure the repair was done right, not patched or rushed. Omar also came by to assist and support the work when needed, which I appreciated. Both were professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. They cleaned up completely after themselves, rehung the chandelier straight and solid, and left everything looking great.
