Mr. Davis adjusted his schedule so that he could personally install the fence and train me before going out of town. Even on his vaca, we were in touch daily to fine tune the system. Milo and I were recently away from the house for 2 wks, but he did not forget his yard boundaries upon return. I am eternally grateful to Mr. Davis and Paws Pet Stop. "The install went smoothly with little interruptions. Everyone has commented how nice the fence looked and wanted to know who installed it . There are none like it in the neighborhood. We had one small problem with the workers as they had cut through an existing phone line. I had pointed out exactly where the line was prior to the digging but it still had gotten cut. Dave (owner) quickly responded and had come out to patch it and continued with the installation. We have used Dave to install our fencing at our last home and we were so impressed that we hired them again. Not only is this a reputable company but the key is AFTER the sale. A few months after the fence was completed we had a rainstorm and our phone had a terrible buzzing. We called Verizon and they came out to repair it. They found that the patch that Dave had put in failed and they corrected it. They sent me a bill of $167 since it was clear that it was not the phone line. I contacted Dave and he said "send me the bill and I will take care of it". That is the mark of a true professional that stands behind his work. "Project went exceedingly well with Jesus doing exactly what he said he would do. It began with the quote - he gave me the information exactly when he said he'd get it to me while I still haven't heard from other contractors. Leading up to the work, he kept me informed on the status of the permit, supplies, and scheduling. Once the work began, his crew members were friendly and nice. They took exceptional care at getting everything right and the yard was picked up every day after work. The fence is beautiful and extremely well built. I can't say enough for the professionalism and integrity of this company. Even when it was all wrapped up, Jesus checked in to be sure that I was happy with all the work. I will hire them again when I need more work done."

"They had replaced portions of the fence on one side of my yard a couple of years ago. We liked the quality of their work, so we asked them to give an estimate for the other sides. The bid given was for $4000. We had delayed getting back to them about whether we were going to have them do the fence, but they called back two days ago and asked if there was anything we needed for the estimate. They have been very professional about the whole thing. They were very responsive in getting the estimate done quickly. We would probably use them."

"Mike and his buddy, Jose did a fantastic job. Jose spent a good six hours sanding all of the wood. They customized the color of the stain to suit our needs. They replaced a board, hand stained the overhang over the grill, resulting in a beautiful job. The deck looks brand new. They even cleaned some wooden furniture we have outside. They were punctual, professional, and very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend Black Pearl to anyone needing to have their deck restored."

"<p>This review is a bit late, but well-deserved, nonetheless. On Tezel Rd, I had seen a wooden picket fence over the years that was still looking pretty solid. The sign on it read Dominion Fences, so I looked it up and called them to give me a quote for replacing two-thirds of my backyard fence, which had fallen into disrepair. I met with Dennis, the owner, and agreed to hire him. His crew arrived on the day he said they would start and they finished on time in the 3 days he quoted. They dug out and replaced the old concrete and poured new concrete for the fence posts.  I was very impressed with the work that was done. All of the old material was hauled away and not a trace was left behind. He explained beforehand that he would use 4? pickets (or better), as we had agreed, but later told me that he had some material left over from another job and would be able to install the 6? pickets for the same price. I was very lucky.  Also, as he explained to me, his crew installs a third horizontal rail for added stability. They built two new gates and used new hardware for these. I would recommend this company for fence work. Dennis is very honest and forthright. He was easy to reach and called back promptly if he missed the call or when I left a voicemail. His price quote was the best I had received for the work I needed, and was exactly what I paid when the work was done. I was very pleased and recommend this company for any fencing work. Over a year later, it still looks great and I have had no issues at all. </p> <p>In addition, I later hired this company to build a patio cover with lights and ceiling fans, as well as install new siding and paint the exterior of my house.
