"They did the whole roof and installed gutter guards in 2 days. Great job cleaning up. Very professional and quiet other the construction going on. John King roofers were yelling at each other and cussing, which could be heard all through the neighborhood. In other words, they came , they took care of the job, they cleaned up and left. All in 2 days. I have recommended them to several people and would be glad to recommend them to strangers. Greg Tyner was my sales rep. He made good suggestions, but not overbearing. Great customer service. I just can't say enough good things about them. <br />"

"Amazing, is all I can say. They got back to me immediately with a bid. One week later they were out tearing off the old roof, repairing all the damaged wood and leaks. Putting on a new beautiful roof all in less than 2 days. They were so considerate about all my yard decorations and covered all plants and shrubs. The clean-up was fabulous all around my house and surrounding neighbors yards. Not a speck of material was left anywhere on the yard. I would highly recommend this roofing company and it's workers. "This was the second home inspection we had done by John Mielke of Pristine Inspections. Both were very thorough, and John took his time explaining everything to us in great detail. Because of roof problems John discovered on this inspection, we asked the home sellers to repair a portion of the roof. John came back and re-inspected after the repair, and was still not happy with the roof. The sellers ended up giving us a credit for the roof, and we repaired it properly after buying the house. "We were very pleased with the service and quality of product/installation from The Roofing Dog. Both Garrett and Cory worked with us personally to ensure that our expectations were exceeded. We bought our house 1.5 years ago, and although the roof was aged, we weren't expecting to have to replace it for at least a few years. Garrett talked with my wife, and supervised the work. Both my wife and I had to work, so we left them to do their job. They were completely finished before I got home at 4:00 pm, including clean up. The new roof looks amazing, and really has added to the curb appeal of the house. We are SO happy to also know the house is sound once more. We feel like we?ve made a major investment in our home, and we feel pride in our decision to ?do it right? and go for the best in town. <br /> I think the best part of the experience was knowing that The Roofing Dog valued us as people, not just dollars, and that they also obviously take pride in their work. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
