"We have been really happy with them. Becuase of the plus plan, they are guaranteed to come out within a certain amount of time if something breaks. But even before we had that we did have our air conditioner break one year and they came right out.  They are always very punctual and they always someone calls to tell us they will be here in 10 minutes. They only time they have ever run into an issue when the previous appointment ran long. They called several times to let me know the timeline and then they comped me an extra visit to make up for it. They are quite good at that. They always put the little bootie covers on before they come in the house."

Once, they had to return after some sewer line maintenance to tighten up a ‘cap’ they had installed to replace the worn out existing one because of some minor leakage which they corrected. The corners are difficult to reach on our house, but Rodger did an excellent job making the repairs. He then cleaned the length of the gutters and the downspouts.
