They came twice Monday morning got about 1:00 a.m. and again at about 5:00 a.m. the snow would come so hard and heavy it needed to be that way it had to be hand shoveled they got the job done I could really count on them they even salted so that when the sun came out I had safe surfaces I even asked him to come out again because my roof had out onto the front walkway and formed an ice patch and they came broke it up and left some salt they were great to work with"
