Nick arrived on time for the job and made a thorough assessment of the damage within an hour. There was far more damage than anticipated. Unbeknownst to me, there was also has no insulation in the roof. I was given a very fair price to have all the rotted wood replaced and install insulation. Every roofing detail was covered and a new gutter provided. They cleaned up well and even spackled a few areas in the ceiling below (removal of decades old, rotted wood was brutal) affected by vibrations. The AAA Home Construction team demonstrated great integrity and quality workmanship. "We have been having a problem with pigeons hanging around all day on/under our solar panels. I originally had a handyman who was going to install mesh around the edges of the panels and yesterday (the day he was supposed to come) found out he didn't have insurance/license so I canceled.
