"Santo and Ruth were no nonsense. They arrived about 15 minutes later than I was told they would and I was just about to call the office number to make sure they weren't stuck somewhere when they arrived. I greeted and briefly went over what I needed done which was vacuuming and thorough cleaning of the two bathrooms and kitchen cabinets and floor. After I offered them something to drink - which they declined - they got right into what needed to be done. The owner, Alina, had assured me that the girls would not be taking breaks or texting or talking on their phones and she was right. The girls did just about everything I'd asked and did it all in two hours and fifteen minutes. I was a little stunned at how much stuff they'd vacuumed up. If there was any dissatisfaction to speak of it was the fact that they used Fabuloso cleaner, the sweet smell of which gave me a monster headache and in the back room we cal the studio, they did not pick up and vacuum under the six foot runner we have the at the garage door entrance or under the couch. That bothered me being as they were very thorough everywhere else. The reason I had them come is because I need the help with things I cannot do, so avoiding those two things is a detriment in my book. But overall, I was pleased and I will call them again and just make sure next time that they take care of those things. I tipped the girls generously and would recommend this service to others."
