They first came and used a scope to view the drain under our house and gave us honest information and proposed solutions. The work was extensive - jack-hammering through our slab foundation to get to and replace a large section of drain pipe. Technicians were very conscious of trying to keep the mess to a minimum - as much as possible with all the work! Only frustration was with the scheduling - they did have to change dates/plans at the last minute on us a couple of times - seemed like they were a little over-booked."

The crew got to our house a little late on installation day but we live in the country and that happens to alot of folks when they come out to our place. They were very efficient, clean and knowledgeable. Fritz has trained them well! He did call after installation to be sure we were happy with the results and that there were no problems.
