"FIRST: Hope sent out a nice man named MATT to plumb for a basement half bath. He was very good. Before leaving, he gave us a coupon that said $25 off ANY PLUMBING SERVICE. SECOND: On a house we own one block south, water was coming up through the basement drain. Nothing was fixed at this point. THIRD: Kevin called the office and they said they wouldn't take the coupon that was given to us by Matt."

It took a while to clear out the blockage, and she thought there was still probably something out of her reach that might be causing the problem.
