The office staff is fantastic and replies to emails very quickly. They provide updates throughout the entire process, which takes a while with permits, etc. They handled acquiring all of the permits, and scheduled the final inspections. The office is even doing the paperwork for the extended warranty I purchased. The crew came by my house for two days. They were professional, cleaned up after they finished, and did great work. I knew in advance which days the gas or power would be off, so I could prepare. They tested the generator before they left. We passed all inspections. They also have a yearly maintenance plan that I signed up for, and it is reasonably priced. I am completely satisfied with my new generator, and would highly recommend working with Plesh Electric!"
