They went above and beyond what I would ever expect in figuring out where the drains were blocked and clearing them. Let's just say that not every outfit would work for 2 hours late on a Saturday and then the owner drive 30 minutes with more equipment, get on the roof in dark and ice, and snake thru the roof vent! I later learned that Mike is a former fire fighter who is, apparently, fearless with ladders and heights, dark and ice. Just call Sludgebusters if you need the best!"

My only complaint was that my appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11 AM and the technician didn't arrive until noon. The office and the technician apologized for the inconvenience and deducted A portion of the bill as compensation which was appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and I would definitely recommend and use this company again should the need arise."
